Yes they can do the verifications on CIC behalf but that's again time consuming... It's not US buddy it's India where many things are not centralized and dont forget still manual..

So give it a thought..

There are many sites which provide a verification report on ur education, address, employment, criminal and security at a nominal charge at a press of a mouse button....check this link for urself:

http://www.jantakhoj.com/ (For India only).......the same way there are others sites mentioned countrywise.

I saw a case where IO from NDVO provided a printout from a website called 190.com as proof to the applicant.

It means they use similar kind of verification pattern......it can only be my guess.......hence, this process has now quickened and applicants gettin MR in 20 days from AOR

they don't keep the database themselves.....Instead they collect this info from various organizations and keep it under one roof.

Also My wife's birth place is mentioned as manuli instead of Manauli.Can this also be a problem?.
My son's birth certificate has parent's address as my wife's home address instead of mine. Can this also be a problem.

for a hassle free ans smooth processing,better make new passport of your wife and son with common address, also with same spelling of your name as per your PP and educational docs!! while booking an appointment u can put the correct spelling of name,place of birth. It will take max 15 days to get a replacement passport.

LVO does not provide AOR......just chill, you would come to know thru ecas if they start processing ur case

Dear Trevor,

Most of the visa offices issue AOR to applicants once the file got transfer but If you are talking about LVO, they send AOR to random applicants, that might be coz of some system error etc. PER is important and More important is Medical Request (MR). If u haven't got AOR so far then there are very less chances to get it!! You gonna get ur Medical Very Soon...best of luck
