The thing is when I got
My file back. My UCI no was written with pencil on forms and now the same no. I got on my AOR. Now after asking
My agent how come he got my MR. He said that once they generate UCI no ur file remain info remains there as it is.

Yup bro.....what he's saying can be correct.....UCI stays the same for all applns........if its not a big amount u need to pay him, then u can take a chance if he's really got ur MR.....or u can call NDVO directly and tell them thats its a mistake from their part and the MR should be sent to u and not ur agent.

I would go for the latter

Ur MR might be real...aseveryone has suggested go ahead and inform NDVO...do not waste time at all !!

whereas 1 of my colleague got AOR yesterday from ndvo...(she got PER on 7th may )
dunno what to do..
does ndvo misses AOR sumtimes....???has there been any cases like this?
can u throw sum light on it plz...

missing an AOR is completely ok...take the case of abhay175.......u are still within the timeframe to receive an AOR.......ur file would be in queue to be reviewed and processed by IO, just that u have not recd an acknowledgeent that ur file was recd at NDVO......chill bro ....its fine

Yes if I were u......I would have provided the above explanation along with your FBI clearance and await their reply...In the meantime, isn't there a way to check the status of Italian PCC

Getting nervous won't solve the problem....ur visa is almost done except for the above clearances....so chill and be happy

send a fax to them about general enquiry, tell them it not about status of ur aapplication....there has been an error on their part......and explain it to them either by fax or phone

Check the Italian Embassy & send them reminder... !!! Even call them up so...

Rest in the mean while contact NDVO & send the updated docs to VO... Might be he will be convinced with your cover letter & wont ask the PCC from Italy.

I do remember that but still I am not very sure to contact VO as that's not they mentioned in their list... If they need updated POF then they will surely ask me...

That's what couple of lawyers & Qorax suggested.

Some of them also suggested that might be my dad's affidavit will work & if that won't even then i will be entitled to get 50% of the benefit of all the deposits.
