backloggers are spread out accross the world bro...includes NDVO applicants as well.... its pre june 2008 applicants

the case lodged 1st was for a chinese project manager (IT) and rest 899 litigants formed a class action alongwith that case...the chinese guy has been granted decision time for his case till 14th Oct 2012...so CIC has to process his case and accordingly prioritize rest.....

"I CHECK MY CAPIS NOTE THEY SAID Name MI1-RFV docs pending ..............................WHAT IS MEAN .IF ANY ONE KNOW KINDLY TOLD ME ................BABAU BAI KE MEANING HAI ISS DA"

According to me, RFV means ready for visa.......thats the only thing I know abt RFV. Please pass this on to him

It is Ready for Visa docs pending... what do u think? it must be docs like PCC/PP Req etc....
