hi all,
i m new here....i applied under fsw on 12th march 2012, & received uci no. on 27th march 2012. then after 3 weeks received an email from sydney australia after 1 week my status showing "in process"outside & we received ur application for permanent residence on 12th march 2012..
do i need to contact them b'coz i m waiting from last 2 months ..
plz help me as soon s possible ...

Hi R13, I have applied through Sydney VO too... but earlier tha u ...feb application and email from sydney on 6th March....try contacting them by CSE....let me know what they reply...

Hi Engineer,

I have already post a reply the there won't be MI4 or MI5...From July 2011...this category will be called MI3.

Don't feel lucky for it, we can't grantee that applicant from MI3 2nd term/intake will get visa after us..coz CIC have

also give hints to give priority to certain occupation from next intake!!

then this will be MI3 2nd term not MI4 OR MI5
and this will be good for MI3 1st term applicants because they will be processed first not MI3 2nd term

and there is no need to worry if you send them CSE..that's your right, but wait for 6months from the date your file

have been received!! then there is no harm to send CSE/Fax

hey babbu mann,
dont worry bro...patience is the key here...we all will end up landing in canada...ndvo testing our nerves...i guess they are working on files who got AOR from 28/3/12 to 5/4/12...approx...ur next in line...i feel ndvo will try to finish mi3(us) by october end or max by nov start as new applicants will take approx 3 months on an average to get PER from CIO and another 25 days to reach NDVO...even if they give priority to certain noc..we will be landing by early feb/march 2013....(in worst case)...so cheerup guys and keep the forum rocking....
