If ecase changed to that We recived ur file and starts processing on date 2012, means they starts checking ur file if all docs are fine and they dont need any clarifications from ur side and ur employer then they send u MR,PPR and RPRF.

dude,then how come did u got ur MR/PPR/RPRF? i guess they send it by mail...and as u said ur consultant didnt get any mail...i didnt understood the situation...
