Yes dear I chk my ecas regularly 3times a day ,I last checked it yesterday at 6 o clock evening.
No abroad travel history .

Wish u Good luck bro...NDVO does most of backend work on Sundays...My VO is laatsaab...5 day work week and weekend dont even think of stepping anywhere near office

ya jaggy NDVO may not be working on sunday,but this may be classical example that our ecas is updated by 3rd party.anyways we r concern with NDVO has awake from long sleep.

. Please do not ignore my query. My Q follows as As I told u in previous queries I used to work in cruise ship and when I was asked to send pcc from FBI and Italy I explained the ndvo that I did not stay in any of those countries for more than six months. So ndvo asked me to send the rest of the necessary docs like rprf pcc from India original passports and medical done. But side ways I applied for PCC from Italy and FBI. Its been two months after submitting passports and rprf en cashed on 11 Apr 2012. But no update about my visa. Now I have got the FBI clearance but the address in the certificate is different because I asked FBI to send the report to my wife maiden address as it is easy to reach. I live in rural part of India that's why I told them to send FBI report there. What should I do now should i send FBI to ndvo or wait till they ask me for that. Or did they accept my case as i don't need foreign Pcc that I worked in cruise. And no update of Italy PCC. As I m not sure if I will get it or not.; please help me sir. Thanks in advance. I m waiting for ur reply. And how many months will the VO take to send Pp back with visa. Is there any chance of rejection now

Ideally you should speak to VO and confirm if they still need any PCC's whilst you are on ships...As far as I know...ur visa is completely different with status as same as transit /visit visas which are usually short duration of stays....But clarity in your case is needed as this is the question of processing...Check with Babbu bhai he can share the contact number of Delhi office for you to confirm with them....

1. Having a Representative/Consultant can delay the process
2. Does travel history affect the processing speed
3. Processing speed of a case single applicant is faster as compare to a case with spouse and child
4. Does process speed is proportional to NOC Code of applicant
5. Can we relate the name of province (we've choice in application for landing) to processing

Sorry Babbubhai was really busy and hence could not reciprocate my thoughts earlier......really sorry for that
1. No ........having a representative/ Consultant cannot delay ur process. They are hired coz they have the knowledge to make a complete PR application with all the reqd docs.
2.Yes not negatively but VO wants to be sure that every country you visited , you don't have any criminal or notorious backgrnd.
3.Completely depends on the VO ......if there are less applicants in a single appln then maybe processing can be quick......but really no can assure.
4.The NOC which are in more demand are to be processed on priority.........though as applicants we could never know if they set any priority for ny noc
5.No......not according to me

really with so many less PR applns as comppared to NDVO, I guess u guys should be gettin PR more soon
