I was away from today morning... I am sorry to hear about the re-medical news for your son...

BUT I would like to tell that there is nothing to worry about. as he is all right & there are just couple of test you need to take care before you go to your DMP & do the re-medical.

I just checked with my wife now & she said that as long as the disease in not communicable (which transfer from one person to another) e.g. tuberculosis, HIV+, Pneumonia, Hepatitides etc.

need high medical care; like any kind of Cancer or Surgery... Except that any other small plus minus disease does not make any difference in your application for PR...

As other members suggested consult your family doctor have some medication & You are good to go.

Just remember your GOD; pray & go ahead... CHEERS buddy...

Hi Shibu, dont get tensed...get your son checked up with family physician/MD or Specialist and mention your concern...DMP's might not be fully trustworthy to give you a solution coz they are part of a machinery which works for Immigration...more check ups/MR's more the monies...

Not sure why do CIC/CIO have Arranged Employment offer if they cant process the applications with a Job offer on priority to help local businesses....AEO is done only if local businesses do not have locals to fill in the jobs...if all applications are treated on same priority then its a sheer waste of time for local companies to interview prospective employees and offer them a job, then get the HSRDC approval ( 8 months process) and then FSW 2 category applications wait for the same time... If you see my timeline ( applied in Feb 2012) you have to add 8 months of AEO approval to it as well....isnt it too much for just getting points???
Specially whilst I was in the UK, Sponsored applications had separate priority as employers need those applicants...

My point is ...FSW2 category applications like mine are vaguely defined in terms of immigration .....

What do you think fellow members??

Other applicant called the SPVO and they gave that information. The person who answered the phone told that this order came from CIC.
Since last week many SPVO applicants started to receive MR and all of them were from 2010.
So everything seems to match.

Following post from Mr_Canadream mentions that VO's are working on 2010 applications....Have seen a surge in DM's, MR requests for sure....few applicants from my VO in Australia have got replies as well.

Too frustrated to wait for any longer....

sorry wasnt their yest for discussion...out of town...any way i read on this forum somewhere that percentage of approval cases are more with those having approved consultants...(ofcourse not all get approved)..as i also feel the same as they know exactly where r the loopholes..rest dunno i may be wrong also...
also wanna ask like those with trave history..how can it affect or delay the case?i feel if u submit the pcc of the country visit then it shows that there is no security concern with this individual...anyway can u lemme know how does it delay..personally i dont think..as u have given example of dude gujrat...he is the perfect case...

We all are in the same boat but I totally agreed that CIC should speed up FSW2...!! its frustrating

Babbu veerey...I am not deliberating on FSW 1 being delayed and speeding up FSW2 instead...I just looked at the system from layman's view where there is no differentiation between these two categories except getting points !!!
If both categories have to wait then what is the fault of employers??? This might be shocking but the truth is Employers give AEO to applicants on monetary benefits wherein successful AEO is kind of auctioned in black market !!!

So this system is heading nowhere !!
