sorry wasnt their yest for discussion...out of town...any way i read on this forum somewhere that percentage of approval cases are more with those having approved consultants...(ofcourse not all get approved)..as i also feel the same as they know exactly where r the loopholes..rest dunno i may be wrong also...
also wanna ask like those with trave history..how can it affect or delay the case?i feel if u submit the pcc of the country visit then it shows that there is no security concern with this individual...anyway can u lemme know how does it delay..personally i dont think..as u have given example of dude gujrat...he is the perfect case...

My Q follows as As I told u in previous queries I used to work in cruise ship and when I was asked to send pcc from FBI and Italy I explained the ndvo that I did not stay in any of those countries for more than six months. So ndvo asked me to send the rest of the necessary docs like rprf pcc from India original passports and medical done. But side ways I applied for PCC from Italy and FBI. Its been two months after submitting passports and rprf en cashed on 11 Apr 2012. But no update about my visa. Now I have got the FBI clearance but the address in the certificate is different because I asked FBI to send the report to my wife maiden address as it is easy to reach. I live in rural part of India that's why I told them to send FBI report there. What should I do now should i send FBI to ndvo or wait till they ask me for that. Or did they accept my case as i don't need foreign Pcc that I worked in cruise. And no update of Italy PCC. As I m not sure if I will get it or not.; please help me sir. Thanks in advance. I m waiting for ur reply. And how many months will the VO take to send Pp back with visa. Is there any chance of rejection now

Dear Supraja

sending the pcc form fbi can't be a wise idea...I would say yes if you gonna get pcc from Italy as well!! Coz they can arise a question

about pcc from Italy if u would submit pcc from fbi....Secondly, you can attached a affidavit about address on FBI pcc and give the

clarification you have given below!! that shouldn't be a problem.

Today we got another point to discus...I hope this one would be related to all members and much informative​

1. Having a Representative/Consultant can delay the process
2. Does travel history affect the processing speed
3. Processing speed of a case single applicant is faster as compare to a case with spouse and child
4. Does process speed is proportional to NOC Code of applicant
5. Can we relate the name of province (we've choice in application for landing) to processing

1. No ( As per the forum all have same time line only who have done process themselves get all the mail directly and also queries)But CIC will see the case without the biasness of consultant or without consultant)
2.No ( Travel history does not become a hurdle if all is documented well)
3. No (They take the case as per the date of application received by cic...)
4.Yes (As per the Noc the cic issues guideline for the demanded of the demanded noc)
5. No (Cause my friend who apply for alberta and toronto get the same timeline)
