Change of address Or Change of visa office is possible...suppose you are living in UK and your visa is going to expire and you have applied for Canadian PR from LVO. Now can you request to transfer your case from UK to India.
Forgot to send your passport by post, that is a criminal offence...NDVO are not fool, they will be doing analysis on immigration stamps or
travel history...and that would be a complete mess for rose...moreover all PR applicant apply for their PR on arrival port
of airport..!!!
Now Rose have 2 option
1. Come back to India and proceed further (Change of address+travel history update is required,may be pcc from Canada later...u may have to wait for 3-4 months, as some ppl are waiting from that long to get PP back)
2. Request to Change the Visa office (best and wise decision according to me, coz ur in Canada and you are not planning to travel)
it may take a bit longer to Visa but should't matter for you...you have work permit and living in Canada)

Now choice is yours Rose

Hello everyone,

there is still no change to our status. It has been quite some time and we still have not received our 2nd AOR from Buffalo. Does anyone know if there is a certain time frame within which the VO is supposed to inform us that they have received our application? Our e-case is also saying only in process and the date when they received our application in Canada....

dont worry that applicant is with aeo... from bc...thts the reason..i also read the same post...infact MI3 are on priority...and i guess ur next in line for mr....

babbubhai don't give me heart attack-dont want to be in next six month waiting.

I don't want any MI1/MI2 applicant waiting-but visa office should work proactivly to minimise the backlog.returning applications or just keeping on hold is going to hit them very hard.

A formal e-mail to NDVO will do...I have seen somewhere that VO replied to a London applicant

who didn't get his AOR, VO told him that we have received your file and will contact you..etc

There is No harm to contact them....But I would suggest you to wait till 15 June 2012!!

Bhai ager mere hath mei hota toh July ko tum Canada mei land hote!! Even I feel very tense

and bored now a day!! NDVO is working very slow...only couple of updates in last 10 days

I am eagerly waiting for our medical..Come on CHC ND...Let's show everyone how quick you are..!!
