Dear Friends I have noticed couple of statements posted on the forum...
From this I have observe that Applicant got AOR on 20/01/12 and informed to update supporting documents on 15 Feb 12, later applicant
got rejected on 12 May 2012....

I have a feeling that once NDVO received your file from CIC Canada, they issue AOR on the same time and one Visa Officer go through the file quickly and if he/she find it complete then>>>>> he/she transfer the file to concern department for processing and at that place they do analysis on case until Medical.

or if is not complete according to that visa officer then>>>>They contact applicant to update the details, like they have done to above applicant and dudegujrat and many more!!

Today I got letter from NDVO,they requested me to resend Proof of funds and proof of residence of my blood relative.

so friends last sunday there was Decision Made in my ecase.and today I got a letter from ndvo stating that my case is rejected.
Immigration officer awarded me 65 points by reducing 5 points of my close relative.

Good morning friends i just want to share my dream from this morning 3 am the second i had dream like this after few months.....

In my dream i and all dependent GOT VISAS and packed our bags and left for New delhi to get a plane there was my cousin who come to drop us we all were very very happy......then after some time we board the flight and I cryed a little because i was going away from my motherland and family....but on the other hand i was very happy about new life and thinking about everything...such as how to get job or how LONG i stay with wife's relative first i want to get my own rented apartment
As soon as possible...........then i wake up.........i wish this may come true for everybody.....GOD BLESS ALL

Dear babbu.mann ,
Here is my education & work experience so that you can provide me the right advice.
I have done my SSC in March 1991 (full time), HSC (Science) in MArch 1993
After that I was selected for Apprenticeship from siemens training centre ( 3 years full time Apprenticeship) from August 1993 to August 1996.
After Completing Apprenticeship i joined Neha Electronics for Repairs, MAintenance & Installation of Drives & PLC's (both inhouse & onsite) from March 1997 to February 1999.
After that i joined Osram limited in Sonepat in maintenance department from february 1999 to October 2000.
Again i joined Neha electronics & worked from November 2000 to March 2005.
I started doing my part time diploma (4 Years due to part time) in 2003 . I got direct admission in 2nd year as i have done 12 th science & Apprenticeship.Completed the diploma in 2006.
I worked Aplab Limited as service engineer in UPS industry from 2005 to 2008.
In 2008 i worked as a software tester for 5 months ( was not interested much).
In 2008 i joined Emerson network power as quality engineer (Field related issues).
After working there for around 6 months i joined Siemens limited in December 2008 wher i am still working in Maintenance department as a senior executive.Where all the works of NOC7242 are carried out by us also in Neha electronics & Osram we used to carry out .
This is all my education history & work experience brief kindly advice me as i have to apply for PR visa.Am i elligible?.
Jaggy has advised me to get ur opinion as he is avery good friend of mine kindly help

Sorry forum member i was out in weekdays ,
Its just my personal opinion mate,
To gain a point you have to do diploma thats the must
secondly to gain you have to collect more full time equivalent study,
10+2, i.e 12 years full time study+diploma
i.e only 12 points
or
10+2, i.e 12 years + 3 years apprenticeship -15 year full time study+diploma
i.e 22 points,
#you have provide very concrete evidence for apprenticeship your daily attendance + all the certificates....
Plese also be noted if a minimum education is set in for your NOc then only experience after the minimum education is counted but i am sure about 12 points but have no idea regarding other just my opinion,

like they have done with many ppl!!

Yes babbu bhai Thats true,
many get direct Rejection but now a days NDVO is giving chance to forward them with updated document where as i have seen straight rejection,
