Got CC-charged on Jan 13th! Application was received on Nov 18th (NOC 4012). Should get PER in two-three weeks, right? What to expect after PER?

Congratulations.
Yes, hopefully you will receive PER in few weeks and then your applicatio will be transferred to CPC-Ottawa. At this point, a senior officer checks your application and accept/reject it. If accepted, you've passed eligibility and you'll get RPRF and MR. They might also need some additional documents. This process might take about two months.

Thank you to all of you guys. From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely hope all people waiting for PPR receive the ready for visa email very soon. I am pretty sure all of us are in FSW Jan location. Remember that was my last theory and so far it is still valid which means that January hasn't yet finished...

This is what I see in my eCAS today.

We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014.

We started processing your application on October 31, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
