Remember that was my last theory and so far it is still valid which means that January hasn't yet finished...

Sydney returned my application since the original translation of my home country master and bachelor degrees were not attach to WES reports.
I received the returned application yesterday. Does anyone know that if I can resubmit the complete documents?

I am very sorry to hear that. I am also sorry to tell you that you cannot resubmit your application at this stage.

Since you have WES report, IELTS/CELPIP and work experience letters completed, I strongly advise you to fill immediately an express entry profile. The first draw for express entry will take place during the last week of January and there is a high chance that your profile receives an invitation to apply for permanent residence.

Mine was delivered on Monday and I will let everyone know when I receive it back.

Bad luck the post office mistakenly enabled the tracking number of the return envelope so from the time I sent both envelopes both were showing item accepted at post office so I guess I won't be able to know it's on the way back until it is out for delivery.

And I already reported it to Canada post. Also, I will be getting the money back for both envelopes. The first one was supposed to be delivered at CPC Ottawa yesterday and it happened today (money back claimed already). The second one was also scanned by mistake at my local post office and it's now showing in transit LOL. How bad they work???? It's unbelievable the bad service of Canada Post.

Well, we had no choice other than using Xpresspost otherwise our passports would be returned by regular mail - NOOOO, never accept regular mail please!

Sorry to hear that....I am DEC 24 Applicant (PhD Stream). I do not know about the cap...When can we expect any notification from CIC... ?!!
