Thank god. I have received my passport request today. I got medical request on Aug 15 2014, and they also requested my police certificate from Japan (which costs me 2 months to wait). I submitted the police certificate on October and finally get passport today!

According the RPRF email, the above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this e-mail. However, the police certificate of Japan needs 60 days or even more to process. What shall I do? Thanks!!!!!

I only assessed my M.Sc. degree from Korea, since my B.Sc. is from China, and it is too complicated to certificate it.... I guess the highest level of degree will be sufficient... I passed the PER, I believe there wouldn't be much problem. But if you have time and conditions to certificate...
