Ehsan_Ehsan, how many days did they give you to submit the bank history? I too have something like a week where I had less than required funds within the last 6 months. It may or may not be a problem, but I think the only rejection we had so far due to bank balance was because his bank balance was near zero at the time of the bank history request. I'm assuming that you've always had 9,500+ for the last 6 months?

They gave me 2 months from now to provide them with eh proof of funds. I think if I send them the bank statement at the end of that time, I will have just a month or less that the balance on my account is 9,500 or so. My balance for now is higher than the required value.

We do not know what exactly they are looking for in our 6-month bank account histroy. But I believe as long as your history shows your normal daily life there should be no problem even if you have a few K lower than the required amount for a couple of months. I think as long as there is no BIG transfer to/from our account in the 6-month history we should be fine.

I have a friend who had less that the required amount in his account when he was asked for bank history the second time and he had no problem.

For funding, if for example, a person has 4 or 5 months higher than the required asset and for the rest (1 or 2 months) it is below the required value, what they might be doing for assessing the funding ?

Hi Ehsan...you said you applied in May?...may i ask if that was your first submision?...

I first submitted my application around first of May, and then the Sydney gave me positive determination around the first of July. Now, they have asked me to provide those documents.

Dear Mr. or Miss. or Mrs. MH_A,

Based on my knowledge, the PR process is the matter of case-based process. It depends on many factors and I don't think that asking for a CV and publications make it very bad! We can provide them with those documents easily. I will not pre-judge about this process, as I have also heard from other Iranians that they could get the PR on time or much sooner. We have to wait and see what will happen. :)

Thanks Ehsan_Ehsan,
I understand, but CIC should consider that people want to make plans for their lives!

I applied around May, and also have the bank statements for that time plus six months before that. My statement for this last four months is higher than the required value. But, There is just one or two months that my asset was around 1500 below the value.

Do not worry about this, I asked this from lawyer, They do not care if you did not have that money on that time. The only thing that is important is that they know that this money is yours. That is why they ask for 6 month. They want to see if you borrow money or not. I do not have that much money in my account for 6 month either.

thanks for the info... ;D

I have started believing what Tyrux suggested a few days ago. They have probably released all the applications from hold, and now contact those who need to provide updates. Can be true!

I got only 30 days to submit proof of funds. wonder why the difference.

From the previous posts I believe if they ask only for bank history they give 30 days, but if they ask for bank history and other documents (eg. PCC or CV), they give more time.

The main problem of this hypothesis is that we have not heard much about Feb, March, and ... applicants, just a few.
yes i know...probably we'll hear something in the next couple of weeks....the other 2 applicants who heard from CIC ahead of others was Utopie and Kaziammed...utopie i blievee had once applied earlier under CEC and kaziammed said this was his second submission..so we can argue their details were probably already in the system and hence a faster process..but today's Ehsan who applied in may clearly said it's his first submission..so i think probably tyrusx's theory is right!

If his theory is right, that could be good news!

or maybe it has something to do with the BFD?...as i understand it january applicants also had a BFD for medicals in march and security in May...so to meet that deadline maybe they gave you 30 days and ehsan who applied in may 60days because he has more time to the BFD!...just a thought...i think i'm clearly doing more research in this forum than my thesis :D :D :D
