Please I have a question about the updated letters of job experience. My file was rejected on January 16th for the same reason. From your quote, does it mean I can still contact them regarding the rejected file to update the experience information ?

I went to service Ontario to get OHIP with the PER email. They refused my application saying that the PER email is not sufficient to get OHIP. I took the assessment form and going to appeal it today. Did anyone of you go through the same situation and succeed in getting OHIP? If yes, How long it took for you to get the OHIP card after the appeal? Are there any key points that we have to mention in the appeal letter? Thanks

No. Additional documents must have been sent before their date of decision.

Put a cover letter explaining the situation.

Send all your documents to OHIP eligibility review committee.

The eligibility review committee may send you a form so they can check your status with CIC.

After that, they will send you a letter indicating that you are eligible.
You should take that letter to service Ontario. They will issue the OHIP for you.

I think the whole process takes 3-4 weeks.

I have two files to send. My question is: Can I send two PDF files (4MB, and 3MB), totally 7MB?

When you see the NOC-4012 description the first paragraph is the lead statement. It says university teaching and research assistants assist university professors in the teaching and research activities. Hence your RA/TA letter should state that you are "assisting your supervisor in teaching and research activities".

I sent my updated reference letters today to CPP-Ottawa by email with T4 and T4As. Lets see how it goes.

If I were you, I would go with:

1. Email one with attachment one (4MB)
2. Email two with attachment two (3MB)

Make sure you include a descriptive text in your e-mail to show the difference between those files.
