However, you have two good points, but it needs a good officer who understands the context, not an officer who searches for the exact words!

Do the words 'secondary school' fit in the sentence or should be placed elsewhere??
The elementary school teachers, according to the NOC list, teach only basic skill subjects like Maths and English, and
they have mentioned that specialized subjects are taught by secondary school teachers. It's there in the job titles list.
