No at all, just the closing balance of your statement. So make a deposit and bring your closing balance up to 11K or 12K, LOL. But don't show that deposit in the statement.
Aww nice. Thank you. Feel much better ;)

Hi,

I have posted my case here a week ago
=== In short ====
I applied under FSW PhD stream in November 2014 but cic returned my application by saying its incomplete (They stamped the date of receiving on my application). They did mistake in counting the number of hours. I again have sent my application package back with explanation letter. From this forum, I am looking for two things.

1- A case similar to mine (So that I can discuss the future possibilities)

2- Any expert opinion whether cic will reconsider my application or not as EE 2015 have been initiated
In my view, it was the administrative mistake, They did not count my working hours properly.

Waiting for replies. Thanks

======== Friends on this board have suggested me to contact with MP office. I shared with documents with MP office and after reviewing they have sent me this reply ==============
I just reviewed the documents you sent particularly the letter received by you from CIC dated 7 January 2015. If I did this right, I did also figure your hours out to be 1760 hours worked part-time during the past two years. Having said this, I am not an expert on Immigration matters, and it would seem to be that we should wait for a response to your second attempt before we move forward if we are able to do so. Normally, MPs do not intervene in decisions made by the different federal agencies and federal government departments.

Please let me know as soon as you find out the response to your letter dated 19 January, 2015, to CIC. While your letter for reconsideration is pending, we are not able to request an update from CIC as there is no reference for us to use. It could be sitting in the mailroom awaiting action for example.

Please keep in touch with me and let me know as soon as you hear from CIC.

======== My question is, what should I do now , just wait or to approach someone else Thanks =============
You can tell your MP that since your application is returned, it is very unlikely to reconsider your application unless a third party (like MP) contacts them and explain the situation. Try to convince him/her that he/she is the best option you have now.

Got my LAST GCMS notes today that were ordered on Jan 05 2015 and updated on that date too. As of Jan 05 2015, my file had not been touched at all and my criminality was still showing In Progress. Also, location was still FSW Jan. I think some crazy VO decided to pick some files randomly (including mine) to finalize them in January and that's why we got the very random PPR shower within the first two weeks of January. It doesn't make lots of sense that on Jan 05 2015 my criminality was in progress and on Jan 12 I got PPR. Hopefully PPR shower will continue when the Passport queue has been cleared up!

Hey bro, very sad story. My suggestions below;

- Did your doctor(s) ever provide you and your spouse with a confirmation form to prove you underwent medical exams? If you have this form I would immediately scan it and send it to CPC-Ottawa.

- Contact your doctor(s) immediately to confirm they did upload the results to CIC via eMedical.

- Once you have confirmed with your doctors about the submission of your medical results, send an email to CPC Ottawa together with the confirmation forms to let them know you did undergo medical exams and you have the doctors' confirmation attached to the email. Also, please express your willingness of undergoing Medical exams again in case your results were lost or misplaced in the doctor's office. Do not put the blame on CPC Ottawa at all. I am sure they misplaced your results but never blame them PLEASE!

I encourage everyone who hasn't got the third line in eCAS yet to email CPC-Ottawa the confirmation form you got from your doctor.

It should have some location or it may still be in the registry. The last location can be found in the first page of your notes.

In some older one there is "Registry"as location! Any idea what's that? Thank you Pepe,

That is a visa officer code, so when your notes were requested by ATIP your file was being handled by a visa officer at that moment. Check other sections like paper file history to check all locations your file has been to.

I forgot to thank m.samy for the amazing tutorial you gave me about how to land properly and for letting me know that I should bring cash (something I never carry with me), otherwise I would still be in the USA side, lol. You must pay 3.75 canadian cash to leave the USA.
you welcome my friend and congratulations

Thanks Pepe, I have done same, I made confirmation already with both doctors just 2 or 3 days before. They already sent me emails and i already have their receipts with me. I provided them all information.

Furthermore, I asked my doctor, He mentioned that sometime they don't look properly and send email just provide them receipts they will get your reports.
