Same here. Mine expired in June. Wrote to them a few weeks back asking if I should proceed and re-do, and they replied that I shouldn't. So I'm hopeful that it's been extended.
That’s the prayer I hope they expend it. I have been waiting for 20 months now feb2019

wow! I can imagine the toll this wait is having on you. So sorry. have you tried calling them? What about ordering GCMS notes? What did they say is keeping your application?

It seems accra issued another ppr yesterday from August 2019 AOR... I dunno if this means we should be hopeful or not. Every morning, its a new set of PPRs.

Some Sep 2019, Dec 2019 also got. I think it may be based on medicals expiring or not. The info I got

“Every successful applicant must have at least 6 weeks post issuance of CoPR to land. If your meds have less than 8 weeks to expire, we doubt any officer will issue passport request because the processing of your CoPR takes at least 2 weeks or less and you can’t be left with less than 42 days to land.”

Oh, an August 2020 AOR got PPR too from Accra

So does that mean all these 2019 applicants were made to redo their medicals before they got approved?

I asked if I needed to do another medicals and cic said no that my VO didn't request it. Issuing PPR should have nothing to do with mesicals because redoing medicals even after getting PPR is easy. Its all so confusing.

I know, it’s confusing. A few who got, went ahead to do new medicals. However, maybe it’s good you wait. The insider also said this

“The instruction to all visa offices is to make extension requests to Health Canada for all applicants who have passed eligibility, criminality and security. Unfortunately, all visa offices work with different timelines so some sent the requests earlier than others hence the varying issues.
We would advise you to wait for an extension, however, if you feel otherwise, you can equally redo your Medicals. The advantage with this is that you will get a whole year to land whilst those seeking extension could be given just few months to land.”

Now that, I don’t think so. Some did on their own.

We need to be sure these are actually Accra VO applicants because not all Nigeria application are necessarily concluded in Accra...Most PPR I have seen recently for Nigerians have Ottawa & Sydney as VO, but of course they have to send their passport to Accra LVO for Visa...
I would be totally shocked that Accra issues PPR to an August 2020 applicant!

Yes, it was an Accra VO applicant with August 2020 AOR. Shocking too.

Hello guys, I am Nigerian but my GCMS note says primary office is "centralized intake office" secondary office is "CPC-Ottawa". Which of these would be my VO?
