No it’s not. As indicated it’s the secondary office and not the primary office or local visa office . Go to the last 5 pages or so and read the latest note. It should be Note 1 and what does it say?Lucky you.Ottawa is your VO. When was your AOR?

Sydney. Where every application gets submitted to initially, before it gets transferred to a local VO or not. Ottawa can also process your application but primarily, Sydney is the one handling it.Just checked. It says office is "centralized intake office" where's that pls?
Alright. I appreciate your response. I'm quite surprised it's Sydney. They have been actively dishing out PPR to people with AOR in 2020. My AOR is 30-dec-2019. I was convinced my VO has to be accra which is well know for delays.Sydney. Where every application gets submitted to initially, before it gets transferred to a local VO or not. I can imagine the toll this wait is having on you. So sorry. have you tried calling them? What about ordering GCMS notes? What did they say is keeping your application?
Ok. Thanks@lucky007,
The primary office is where your file is currently being processed...so that would be CIO Sydney Nova Scotia.
