Seniors, I got PPR with schedule A, additional family request on may 9, sent documents including passports 10th of may, documents received in Accra on 12th may, since then no update. Background check is still not needed, my app is still open. Should I be worried? Pls need ur advise.

I sent off my passport on the 16th of May. It got there on the 19th may. I havent heard anything yet . My cic is still the same. Background check is still in process.

It takes about 2 weeks to get the pickup mail which comes 3 days after your status changes. so just be patient.

Canada but Dhl said they dont do return envelope.

Thanks for the suggestions so far, really appreciate it. I have gone to police to report the issue. I have also motivated some area boys in the said incident area. Also I have raised case to AVO. Just praying something positive happens soon.

Its two weeks today since AVO received my passports, no update on profile, no mail. BG still not needed

I sent my that way, I'm expecting pick up email from AVO, i will now sent it for them for pick up.
Thats how it work with DHL, they're excuse is return envelop get missing before visa is issued.
