I think I've figured out why November AORs are facing huge delays especially given the fast processing of October AORs. I I think it has to do with the IEC Experience program. The quotas reset every year, so basically January 2023, it reset again. The processing time is 2 WEEKS. I would not be surprised if a lot of agents were shifted to process those applications from CEC pool... timeline wise it makes perfect sense

I think it's the VO more than anything. I've seen December and Jan AOR getting PPRs already.

please advise
i tell you once again bro,You posted in many platforms already same question.All you need is patience .You just received AOR.
Expect a month to 12 months,

Which VO is your application being worked on? Also, which is your target city?

Primary VO: Edmonton | Secondary VO: Winnipeg

I'm inland and living in Calgary already.

My target city is Calgary, as well. Are they matching people that want to go to Alberta with this super slow VO in Edmonton?
I called IRCC today because a saw a GU a few days ago. She couldn't tell me what it would have been, but she did tell me the file has been transferred to the Etobicoke VO - not sure what that means for me

Interesting... So they transferred your process. I wonder if they are doing the same for other "stuck" cases.

I'm currently out of the country, but I did send a webform telling them I would be out of Canada between 22 Feb and 12 March, so I'm hoping when Monday comes around I get the approval email finally haha.

please advise

Have you filled the IME form to speed up your application yet? If not, I'd suggest you find the following IME form and send it to IRCC. The form is: IME-N00B. Find your N00B code, fill the form, and see the magic.

Don't skip this. This is a very important step.

@iSaidGoodDay what is IME-N00B ?

It is for applicants who don't want a 6 month wait and need faster processing. IRCC assigns them a N00B code to justify faster processing. I am not very familiar with the workings of it, but it should be available in your GCKey. Applicants who have an IME-N00B (or N00B's as we refer to them), have either N00B1, N00B2, or N00B-Pr0 as their N00B codes.
