AOR JAN 2016 - let's get together

hi Guys

Yesterday I received a mail from cic asking information as below.


Military Records: A certified copy of Military records. If you were exempt, please provide official proof of military exemption from the relevant authority This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05
 > Employment records: A list of your benefits statements from the Social Security Organization of Iran covering the period from January 2012 until now. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05
 > Client Information: Copies of Translation work you have completed. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05
 > Employment Letter: Please provide the organizational chart for your current employer. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05
 > Funds, proof: A copy of your 3 most recent bank statements. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05
 > Employment records: A list of employees of your current employer as submitted to the Social Security Organization of Iran for insurance purposes. This must be received at this office by: 2016/07/05

I have two things I need to know.

First for the proof of funds what does it mean my 3 most recent bank statements? is it three different accounts or last three month of one account?
second, now that cic has given me till July 5, is it going to impact my process time? and if I support all the documents this week, does it help?

if you submit the required documents before the due date your application will get processed faster.
In my case my background went to progress just after I submitted the documents.

You can land any time till your medicals are valid i.e. one year from medical date. AFAIK, They will do all formalities at the time of landing. All the paper work happens at airport only. PR card takes around 3 months. It will be mailed to the address which you will fill in application.

If you are in a hurry, land thr, do all the formalities including PR Card documentation, stay thr for few days and come back. Ask someone to courier the PR card to you so that you can visit Canada again. Having said that, its not safe to courier such an important document and its always recommended to stay thr till you get your PR card

So the visa/permit you get on the passport after PPR doesnt have like a 30 day/60day/etc timeline? Can anyone confirm this who already got their passport stamped?

However, I need to know the answer to question asking me 3 most recent bank statements? is it recent 3 month bank account?

It is valid until your medicals expire or your Passport expire, whichever is earlier.

Yes, confirmed. Deadline to enter is 1 year from the date of your medicals (unless passport expires earlier). Immigrant visa (if you need one) and COPR expires on the 1 year anniversary.

Yes, I would assume so and upload last 3 months' statements. Good luck.

indeed, you should provide the 3 most recent bank statements of all your bank accounts (if you have more than one)

Today my cic count changed to BG in Progress.
what does it mean, considering that I have to submit my documents yet. ?

It means someone from CIC started working on your application. it is recommended you upload the required documents ASAP so the agent would proceed with your
background check. Hopefully you will get PPR soon.

I am April 4 AOR
and yesterday they asked me to submit additional documents.
