Check my timeline...Lots of us are left with similar timelines...PPR should come soonMMF said:Hi ,
Just wanted to know if they are some from January'16 for FSW Outland (India) who hasn't received there PPR.
You can land any time till your medicals are valid i.e. one year from medical date. AFAIK, They will do all formalities at the time of landing. All the paper work happens at airport only. PR card takes around 3 months. It will be mailed to the address which you will fill in application.teenguy said:Hi all,
I have a few questions, if you can answer them. I have AOR from Jan 2016.
1) Once we get the PPR and asked for the passport then we get the visa to enter Canada one time. So they give us that visa on the passport. Is that correct?
2) How long is this permit/visa valid for first entry in Canada after which we apply for PPR card, etc.? to be clear once I get my passport back how long do I have to enter Canada ?
3) Once I reach Canada how many days does it take for all the formalities before I can leave Canada and then come back with PPR card ? Say if I dont want to start working right now itself, if I want to come back after a few months.
Thanks.
