Secondly, I read earlier in this thread that a change in age from the date you applied can also mean your points will no longer match that in your profile. My age will change this week and I will lose a couple of points if that's true. I had 472 but this will fall to a level beneath my offer at 472. Is this true or not?

For the age criteria, this will not affect a submitted application.
(They took into consideration we simply cannot stop aging while they process our application ;-))

It only affects those haven't applied for PR yet (no ITA, no AOR).

Hello There,
Please help me out. My wp is expiring on June 24. Hence I am applyng for BOWP. I havent heard anything about my PR application. It still shows eligibility in Progress. I have a question regarding the BOWP checklist document.
What does it mean by "Photocopy of your current immigration document, if you have one?" I am on a Open Work Permit, i.e. worker status? is that what they mean or is it something else? if something else, what is it. I am really confused, please help.

Yes, that is why you should submit your application as soon as you receive the ITA.
