Yea I get it. However, if it were "mandatory" and if the applicant doesn't submit it, then it means the application is to be rejected (as a part of the R10 check?)

Just a quick update, i received my new ITA Dec 16th, haven't submitted my eAOR yet as I am waiting for Dubai PCC.

If I get it and don't accept it, then I will get it again on next draw or after 90 days?

Yes if you decline the ITA your profile will be released and you again get ITA.

How long does your medical get changed to Pass? It's been two weeks for me now, waiting axiously. I called my clinic and they transimmited my medical on Nov 30th.......

Here is my timeline. Can you add me to the list?

OINP nomination - Nov 8th 2016
ITA - Nov 16th 2016
AOR - Dec 1, 2016

Nothing to worry. Recently people got medicals passed after 52 days and 45 days. So just have patience. 6 months is processing time and you can't afford to become restless so early.
