Anybody else scared that they accidentally press "Decline Invitation" everytime they go to continue their permanent resident application? ;D ;D

Why did they put the button so close??? Geez... ???

my express Entry profile expired after nomination and ITA receiving and I received a letter from OINP saying that my profile is not available for nomination and I have 30 days to reply back if I accepted nominations from other provinces. My representative replied that we didn't and that it was my old EE profile and they shall switch to the new one. Yet, no feedback is still received from their end! Panic mood is back again as its 15 days already!

I don't know what to do!

Your representative also needs to send them new EE profile Welcome letter PDF, Jobabank PDF and a LoE explaining any changes in the new EE profile. Did he send those to OINP ?. No harm in re-checking, we know how these consultants work.

yeah I have been asking her so many times, yesterday she replied back by forwarding the email to me that includes my old EE and New EE but no job bank details nor attachments as she forwarded it from her email! I am so upset but I shall wait and see!
Should I wait then for a new ITA?

I've got 2 questions regarding my e-APR:

1. I did all of my medicals today. For the urine test, it's a midstream one so you have to catch the urine mid-stream and I did the opposite, I put it straight on to the container from the very beginning. Will this result in contamination ? Also , if the Panel Physician has sent the completed report to CIC, generally does this mean everything is ok since they haven't asked us to re-do the tests ????

2. For the bank certificate, I received a letter of good standing from RBC but only stating all my accounts (number, date opened, status Active) but they forgot to put in the current balance AND average balance.
If I scan that into a PDF and combine it with PDFs of my bank statements for the past 6 months will that be sufficient ??
Also, I put 95% of my assets in a savings account to get abit of interests and have jsut barely enough in my checking account for daily expenses. Do I need to provides statements for the checking account too ???

I called immigration call Centre today. I spoke to the first guy who said it's okay that AOR takes at least 6 weeks to for it to be received. Obviously he doesn't know his job. So kindly thanked him and dropped.

Called the second time, and the lady who picked asked under which category did I apply. I was like I got ITA and I accepted and I filled the forms and uploaded all documents required. Although , my ITS letter says I'm eligible to apply under PNP.
Then she said your application can't be found on our system. Hence why you never got AOR. Even though I got a receipt for my 2230$ payment. Wonders shall never end !!!!!

I called the third lady and she saidid after digging she found my application and it says it has been acknowledge but she sees that acknowledgement letter wasn't sent out. So she asked me to submit IRCC Webform.

Now here comes my questions;
After accepting ITA, are there different category one should apply (e.g PNP , CEC,FSW)?

Has anyone submitted any complain via this means IRCC webform?

How long did it take to get a response from them ?

Since I don't have AOR , can I use my provincial nomination certificate to apply for BOWP as my current one expires in April?

1. yes you need to send pay stubs along with reference letter, Any other document you have you can send like contract letter, appointment letter, promotion letter, appraisal letters etc
2. for passport you just need Bio pages and all stamped pages of valid passport.
3. For degrees you need Degree Certificate and all Transcripts for education you have claimed points or for degrees you sent for WES.

Added you in the list, page 54. update your eAPR date later.
