So I choosed first question and answered yes as I have a refused Schengen many years before

DO you think it's a big deal

On my child's PR form for e-APR, there was a question about naming child's immediate family members that have not been identified in the app. Should I put spouse and I's names or what? My family is just made up of my child, myself and spouse and we r all applying for PR together so I really don't understand the question.
Please READ the question clearly and it would be there in your & your spouses form only. They are asking about DIRECT blood relatives of you & your spouse (Parents, Brother, sister only). IF you don't declare them now, you cannot sponsor them in future

2. In my spouse form, it asked if spouse had used a different name before and I answered yes. As her name changed from birth name/maiden name to new name after marriage. So what is the correct one to pick in the drop down options? Will it be name before marriage or birth?
In the PR application, you used her CURRENT (Post-Wedding) Name hence they are asking you to declare her Pre-wedding name here

3. Under the immigration history and citizenship question, its asking me for a UCI which I don't have since I am a first time applicant. Do I leave it blank or type NA? Are we meant to leave any questions blank or put NA if it doesn't apply to us?
If you don't know your UCI# leave it blank

4. In my spouse's form, should she name me, our son and parents as immediate family not identified in the application? She is an only child so her immediate family is just me, her son and her parents. Gosh this question is soo confusing!

It won't be any problem. Go for medicals without any tension. Dr will put the details if he requires.

Guys.. I am preparing to submit the post ITA docs. I just wanted to know if I can submit e-statement for proof of fu ds? I gave that one for OINP and they were ok with it. The prob is that the statemebt is for my bank in India who send me a monthly statement by email.

I cannot get a stamped statement from them now. I read somewhere on the forum that their application was rejected because their statement wasnt stamped..

Mind you this is the official statement i get from them every month and now a printout from internet banking or something..

Stamped statements are not mandatory. The reaction you have mentioned might be for other reason. E-statemejts are valid and it is also mentioned in the statement that this does not require signature.

the bank letter HAVE TO BE STAMPED, the statements .. not that important

That's right questions in schedule A are slightly different than eAPR . So in the express entry online EAPR they are asking refused visa or permit twice ( which does not make sense) . Where is in schedule A the question does not ask about refused visa or permit . So I am really confused as to what should I answer . I only have one refused visitor visa .

OK let's make it simple. The first question is for FSW outland and the other for CEC inland which ask whether any permit is refused and/or has been asked to leave Canada, while in Canada

In the section nomination & selection - Has XXX received a nomination certificate from a province or territory? will this be yes or no ? As I have yet received the OINP certificate by mail or is this referring to the online nomination?
