Is Schedule A. always asked as Letter of Explanation?
I mean under what category it has to be uploaded once it has been asked for?

I haven't been requested any documents yet, so I'm not talking from experience - but I suppose upload it in the field that you have active. I mean, you don't have any other options, right? There were cases when people have been requested docs and didn't have an active upload field at all, so you getting a LoE field could be a minor mistake on their part, or they really don't care how you submit the docs as long as you do.mianchd said:Guys Desperately need help.
I got requested "Sch. A" For Spouse.
While filling "Sch. A" we received a (possible) ghost E-mail.
When checked, there is only one upload link available under "Replacement - Letter of Explanation". There is no Schedule A upload link available.
Am I supposed to upload the schedule A under "Replacement - Letter of Explanation"? Is this Normal?
I have no idea where my visa office is...how do I get that information?Masin said:Where is your Local Visa Office? Dose CIC process USA applications inside Canada? I guess your visa office should be Ottawa as other inlanders!
If you had ordered GCMS notes, you could see there.remit2010 said:I have no idea where my visa office is...how do I get that information?
Mostly to PNP applications.Masin said:Dose CIC ask for Sch.A just from outland applicants?
As far as I know, they ask for Schedule 4&4A from PNP applicants and for Schedule A if you've answered "yes" to any of the statutory questions, or if you have gaps in personal history.Masin said:Dose CIC ask for Sch.A just from outland applicants?
I'm FSW Inland and I got the Schedule A request, because I answer yes to the question of previous denied visasMasin said:Dose CIC ask for Sch.A just from outland applicants?
No need to freak out. CIC is unpredictable so they may have considered it an LOE. If you were not asked any other document then upload it there. Unfortunately, I don't have their phone number, but I would find it and call them as well just in case.mianchd said:Well, that is scary now.
I had been requested Schedule A.
then I received an update E-mail.
When I checked, there is no upload link for Schedule A. But there is an upload link for "Replacement - Letter of Explanation".
What does that mean.
Can you please give me the CIC number that I should call for clarification, from outside the country.
