You know, I've been thinking recently that people who submit at the beginning of the month get PPR faster than those who submit at the end of the month. CIC seems to move on to the next month after issuing to applicants who submitted up to around the middle of the month. Take July and August for example. September is almost facing the same thing.

What do you guys think? Not that it will change anything, but can potentially take our minds off the wait.

Not sure I agree, I submitted 2nd of September, but my application barely moved since then.

IN canada for more than 3 years.. Have not traveled to anywhere else in between..

Should be a server problem. Doesn't show any status for all applications

Shibaak, you made me laugh so hard. It's good to know you've still got your sense of humor intact despite this wait. I am very relaxed now having placed myself in the middle as well. I am hoping for news from mid February. Anything sooner will be a pleasant surprise. Better that than worry for not getting response early.

for my own piece of mind, I decided to not to think about it anymore. I will be waiting for some news by the end of February and I will get worried if it passes the 6 month deadline. I am tired of being worried.

it works now . no updates for me though

I cant view my Application status in MyCIC.
When I click check Status and messages it takes me to the page but then for sometime it shows Please wait while the system is trying to search your application.
But after sometime it shows Error loading Status table: 502 Bad Gateway. Anyone else having this issue

The last update I received was in early October and that was for asking documents. They didn't even sent an email after they received it. This is stupid really.

It's been exactly 5 months since my AOR. After receiving my GCMS notes last Friday, I totally lost my hope. No movement on my application since October 2015! I am fed up with this wait and really this causes so much trouble in my life No hope any more!
