how much time it normaly takes for CIC to accept the requested docs, I was requested on 19th sep for spouse IELTS which I have submited on same day and system now showing "Provided" however status should have been "document received". any idea how many days it will take to turn doc received

It is normal, happens to me all the time. I guess it means they are working on it, but not in a way that there's a change os status that you need to be aware of.

You can refer this link for proof of funding.

Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to
provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply
under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.
