Then i think you don't even need AOR as she can get it on behalf of your work permit. Anybody else familiar with this?JSN_2016 said:Mine is expiring in 2018 and hers in Jan-2017. We both did masters here independently, then got married.

No, it will not affect your application for drop in points due to age. All the best!JSN_2016 said:Hi Friends,
In November, I will be turning 30, so I might lose 5 points. Will this in any way going to affect my e-APR?
Exactly you have two options. You can go either way.JSN_2016 said:Hi Andy and Preet,
My wife she came first to Canada to do her masters, after a year I came to do my masters. Before marriage, my wife applied for PGWP and she got it. When I got married, I was on study permit. After I completed my studies, I got my PGWP independently based on my masters. Her PGWP work permit is expiring on Jan2017.
I assume that she can apply in 2 ways
1) After submitting my e-APR application, I got AOR from CIC. Can I use that AOR to apply for BOWP?
or
2) Can I apply for spousal open work permit based on my PGWP ?
Welcome to the club bro. I am hoping to get it in 3-4 months but trend right now is showing something else.shado said:Preet, I'm also 7 Sep ITA and AOR on 11th Sep 2016.
