Hi.

Do you think the actual countries where a candidate lived matters for the processing times?

I lived in Russia, US and UK, AOR 28th October. Uploaded the FBI police clearance (which I waited for ages) last week, but I had no updates since medical (Nov 9).

I don't think the difference is huge based on timelines in this forum. There definitely seems to be a preference for cec inland pnp, cec inland, fsw pnp and fsw no pnp in that order.

Hi,

Today after seeing these many people getting PPRs , I holded my heart beast and login into MYCIC and checked my profile. In the submitted application grid it showed status as Updated, once after going to actual application page and come back to the dash board status went to submitted status. Is this what everybody talked about the updated status. So far i did not receive any email stating Application is updated. Btw my details are .

OINP-CEC (Inland) submitted on Oct 16th
Sechedule A request Nov 6th
RPRF request Nov 18th
After the no updates till yesterday.And today I saw my status as updated.

It's not the same for everyone. One thing that's certain is once you send your passport and it's stamped and when return tracker activated, I believe the application moves to Approved status.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING WITH MY APPLICATION?

Than it replies:

- Your application is under process by Visa Office XXX
- Visa officer in charge is XXXXX XXXXX
- Your application status is XXXXX
- You will get PPR in XX days.

There are similar people like me who applied on Nov 1st. and received their PPR. There score is less than mine and they are of same category.

It varies on lot of other factors:
1. Visa office
2. Visa category ( PNP is fastest and FSW inland is slowest)
3. Visa Officer.

SO i will say just stay put and everything will be good

One person in September group got PPR.
Its almost 2 in Ottawa. No much rain till now. Hope for the best.
