Till Tuesday Canada post will not be working. Also I don't think cic has sent the passports to canada post on last Thursday. So once they send it on Tuesday then the return tracker will be activated.

Guys, Just a note. Once you get your PPR try to submit your passport as soon as possible. It is taking at least 10-12 days to get COPR. Wait time is increasing for COPR. Regards, SaiKan

Got My PPR yesterday. Rejection is not applicable to FSW Inland workers who can meet the requirements with in 60 days. May be I was lucky too. So to avoid such scenarios try applying only after you meet the ITA requirements.
