hello friends .. i got my ITA in Aug, upfront medicals on 15th Oct and submitted the docs on 19th October with AOR received immediately. My medical status is 'Review in progress' since 27th October but the status has not changed to passed. How long it take for medical status to pass ?

@ colorblind i also got request for Schedule A today for my self and my spouse.

@ colorblind I think we are in our second stage of the application CIC has done all the preliminary Checks now its time for them to check with the RCMP and CSIS and they need all your history. I read these form a 2011 forum.

I'm not sure the procedure is the same... They did get all this info in our application already. Sometimes they ask only for 1 of the applicants, anyway... Our lawyer told us we'll be asked this, as we said 'yes' on the question if we have ever been refused for PR or visa. And in this form we have a space where we have to explain why one of the stat q are yes, as where in the online application, there is no option to explain.


Let's hope this is a good step forward.

I got a question, If CIC ask for "Schedule 4 & 4A " doc to submit. "Schedule 4" is for personnel application and Schedule 4A is for Business.
As I applied for personnel purpose and not business I submit only "Schedule 4" form and not 4A .
Do I need to send explanation to CIC for that??

Just write a simple letter explaining schedule 4A is not applciable to you.

I got an update yesterday that the BG has started for our application. Hoping for the best.
