I am an OINP nominee as well and 10mos of wait for nomination is really painful, but so they say, nothing worth having comes easy..:)

That is so true. :)

BTW, if you are OINP, why does the mail mention Manitoba? I see "Ready for Manitoba https://extended.cc.umanitoba.ca/ready-for-manitoba". I guess this is a generic mail they send out to applicants in the last stages of approval.

Probably. That Manitoba portion is in the list of organizations offering the free pre-arrival services in the Phils..
Hopefully and prayerfully waiting for the golden email itself. Good luck and God bless to us!

Glad to know that your application is progressing brother! However, for all outland applicants PPR depends highly on local visa office activity. Can you please confirm your local visa office through reading HERE?

Regards

I don't know my VO. But I guess it should be NDVO.

All October applicants suddenly became active means there is going to be some movement soon. Good luck to all. Intution

Well, I am not so sure about intuition. I guess the word is "desperation"? :)

Anyway, I am thankful to this forum and the members in it for keeping me sane (for most part) and not going nuts over these unbearable delays.

I expect that NDVO will soon do a heavy PPR rain cause lately it's dry like a desert!

I hope will get flood.

6 months is the normal processing time. we are not delayed yet, and very much within the time frame. desperation is only because we submit the eAPR and from the next day we start checking MYCIC twice or thrice a day. ;) ;)
