That's strange. What else do they expect to see there except October AOR, if that's the name and foundation of the spreadsheet anyway? :-\

well... some people request to add columns such as:

- how many years work expirence
- how many PCCs were provided
- siblings in Canada
- have you server in military

etc etc... its like 360 degree analysis... so we are trying to have a trade off:(

I see a sense in this column in a way that if other AORs would for any reason try to join it would stand out clearly.

Hey, check your GCMS notes 2nd page (ASSESMENTS section) for more details. I hope you'll find something like:

Eligibility: Passed
Security : Not Started / In progress/ Completed
Criminality: Passed
Medical : Passed
.
.
.

Also, last 10-15 pages will have officers notes towards your application with verification status (as on date GCMS generated).
Thanks Vicky. In my gcms notes it mentions
Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not started

I find security started right after medical passed and it has due date = start date + 1 year. Do you guys know when security check completed
Moreover, do you know what local visa office will do because all checks have been done by CIO or Ottawa.

This waiting game is certainly tiring :D

I see one PPR today in Spreadsheet, PNP-Outland.

Hey Andy, could you please put back province column to the spreadsheet? It might be helpful to see which province those PNP PPR are coming from.

Hey everyone, just got my GCMS notes. As I suspected, there is a delay compared to others. We applied together with my wife, she is the main applicant.

Right after ITA (2 days after) her job title changed, but she stayed at the same clinic. Simply she got her Physiotherapist License one day before ITA and she finished her employment as an assistant and become a self-employed Physiotherapist working for the same clinic. Because her employment was over, the employer provided her with T4 from 2016. Now it seems, that this thing was unusual for the officer and asks for further review. All the reference letters are ok, just this thing. And we already explained the situation in the application and we changed her ongoing work as finished in the e-APR. It seems they don't read...

Do you think we should explain this in a CSE again just speeding up the process?

"RECOMMENDATION: Review Required SUMMARY NOTES: FURTHER OFFICER REVIEW FOR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS PROVIDED. PA PROVIDED T4 SLIPS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 TO PROVE HER CANADIAN EXPERIENCE IN 2016. A11.2: Review Required R87.1 CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Review Required Outstanding Documents (Not Requested): - PRPF Ready to Finalize RPRF: Outstanding"

There is one more concerning part from 2 days after. This is the last note from November 17th. I hope it doesn't mean anything:

"Label: General Office: Centralized Intake Office Text: Refund Request received and sent to finance for action"
