AOR in OCTOBER 2016 POOL

Any Pnp applicant got asked to upload additional document? waiting for schedule 4 document upload instruction.

1. Download Schedule 4 from www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_4e.pdf
2. Fill it up with up-to-date info [The currency amount should have resemblance with the amount you stated in EE profile]
3. Give signature in proper place. Tick proper boxes.
4. If you are also asked for Schedule 4A, write an LOE mentioning that you are exempted from it since you are not business/entrepreneur class.
5. Scan all forms, merge & make PDF.
6. Upload the file in your eAPR submitted documents area where you will find a new empty upload placeholder mentioning "Required".
7. E-sign your application & transmit again.

I am going to page PAY YOUR FEE through CIC site. after choosing the RPRF, it goes through the page in which there are GC KEY and sign-in partner. through my application there is not any tab for payment. should i use sign-in partner for paying?
some one told me it might be the problem of the site and I should wait

yes, also one other guy got PPR request. But if you see "August" month, less counts in AOR (only 12 in sheet), also mostly every bodies application still BG in progress.

BG Check NOT STARTED

I saw some of you guys BG check become NOT NEEDED from NOT STARTED in the second day right after MEDICAL PASS. Why My BG check still Not Started? Is this normal?

I really think that CIC is a bit overwhelmed with number of ITAs. The progress for many of people i know and see is quite slow compared to other months.
