Not cool man, seriously, not funny at all! You actually really pissed me off early in the morning giving a hope that PNP Inlands started moving and immediately destroying it.nonnemacher said:GOT PPR!!!!
Nah! I am just kidding, I was just wondering how amazing it must feel to type those words! It does feel good!

I had the same feeling.
Yes, but for example my work permit expires soon and I'm also planning some out of country trips in a few months and I want to finish with PR before that. It wouldn't be fun to receive PPR when you're backpacking in South America in the middle of nowhere...sam_dawkins said:Why Inland applicants are in that hurry for ppr? You are already in Canada!
There are tons of reasons but in a nutshell everyone is always anxious to find out if they will be able to stay in Canada for good. If you are inland and waiting PPR it means your visa has a due date. It is harder to find a job if it is about to expire, for example. College is 3x more expensive if you are on a study VISA, another example. So, yes, we are already in Canada but are we going to be able to stay? Not sure until PPR.sam_dawkins said:Why Inland applicants are in that hurry for ppr? You are already in Canada!

Ready For Visa Email : March 1, 2017
I am convinced that my application was dormant and untouched until February so after submitted all the documents and paying the fees I figured I had at least a couple more months before I would hear anything back. Imagine my shock when I saw the email from Ottawa. I'm not even sure it's really hit me yet.
