No they just shared some files as NDVO was full. Thats what they told someone on phone that your file is at NDVO but managed by both simultaneously as load sharing.

Mine changed at 7 pm which is neither Ottawa time nor India time. It may be LVO ...LOL so confusing. Just hope for a rally to continue tomorrow

Indeed. Mine change between 17th 9.00 PM and 18th 10.00 AM.

got my gcms notes. In the end on the officer review:

EE Eligibility: passed. Based on documents submitted and assessment of Case

It says "I have verified this application under section 11.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection ACT (IRPA) and make the following decision. RECOMMENDATION: *** Appears to meet requirement *** Ready to Finalize"
