Hi..I am new to the forum,
I had ITA April 2015 with 1050 points, applied after 2 months in June 2015 with fsw, after 4 months in October, my application got refused because my employer letter didn't mention the exact words, that I am being offered the full time position,
So I applied again on Nov 13, with same points 1050,
I applied for my permanent residence on November 26,2015... They asked for a schedule 4a form on December 7, now on April 6, my cic account said that my application was updated and when I saw the column details, my medical results showed from passed to not needed at this time, and today after 2 days of it, its showing medicals passed again..
I am wondering, is this good, as I read the forum on a daily basis, I am thinking, is this my ghost email? Help please
I am November 26 Aor
Fsw, inland

This is progress. Any movement is good. A ghost email is one where you get email saying that your account has been updated, but there is no actual update.

You application is progressing and you are doing good. Stay calm.

Hi. Are you inland or outland?

I'm also Nov 12th. My status is almost identical to yours except my review of submitted documents has remained as "provided" until now. My background check is also "not started". It is very irritating.

The status will pretty much stay like this until you get the PPR. The only thing that will change is the BGC, it will go in progress at some time, which usually is the last stage for the FSW applicants.

And if you get a document request, you will see a change in the "Review of submitted documents," which will say provided after you turn in the document.

Hang in there, and stay calm.

Can't make any predictions here. For some the BGC goes in progress and the applicant receives the RPRF request and within 2-3 days the PPR. For most other applicants, the RPRF request comes, then the BGC goes in progress and it takes a while for the PPR. See the trends in different threads to analyze. Recently the CIC's processing times have increased across the board. Keep you fingers crossed and I am sure you will hear the good news soon.

You are right. One of the applicants who had an AoR in September and was FSW outland received the PPR. I haven't seen anyone else get the PPR today.
