1.Get it done from your nearest RCMP station
2.Once you receive it, click on the "view submitted documents" tab
and then you will see the option to Upload the file

I just went to the rcmp office to check the procedure they said they have to send to ottawa to process my data first, is the same procedure happend in tour case, could you please answer explain little more thank you.

You should have it within 10 days (they process it in 2-3 days and then mail it ) , make sure you give your home address for mailing.

I had posted this question in FBI PCC thread as well but I think its relevant here too.

Has anyone uploaded FBI PCC recently through CSE? How long do they take to respond?

Its 3rd week for me since I uploaded PCC. I just called CIC and she said, its still not attached to my application and CIC may not inform me too whether its attached or not.

I will upload another CSE now. What was your experience for uploading documents through CSE?

As per Changes to family composition :
Family members can be added to the application at any time during the process, including after the visa is issued, but prior to obtaining permanent resident status. Applicants are instructed to inform CIC immediately if their family composition has changed (e.g., birth of a child, marriage, divorce).

Does this mean that i have time until the landing process( even after the PP has been stamped with the new visa after PPR and the landing process is not yet done ) to change my status to married and include my wife's application with mine so that she also gets the PR along with me ??
