I think the number of applicants from India is so higher than any other country in the world. For your reference, the mid-year reports in July 07 of CIC. This is the main reason we can see lots of PPRs from India VO.

Thanks for the correction! I know about the privacy act (free) and the access to information act (5$), are you talking about those? - Yes
I thought you can only go with the privacy act when you're requesting information about yourself, and that means, you have to be in Canada to do that? - your friend can order on your behalf but you need to give your consent..... And therefore, a potential friend you might ask to order the GCMS notes will have to use the AIA, and pay 5$.

hi
if you have ever received any correspondence from CIC, then check the bottom of that letter; it should show which visa office has sent you the correspondence. alternatively
you can google search canadian visa offices outside canada and look for your country's visa office; most likely your application is processed at that particular visa office. i think its new Delhi visa office for Indians. Hope this helps.

Couldn't find any visa office name on any correspondence.

just google search Canadian visa office outside Canada; the link should come up. I am trying to copy the link here, but doing that it doesn't let me post a reply. I am not sure how people copy links in the post. If someone could tell me then probably I'd be able to copy the link for you. Otherwise just try googling it should come up.
