Are you sure you want to order them now? People suggest it's better to order them after at least 3 months since AOR.

But anyway, about your question: it is possible to order them outside Canada, you can ask somebody you know in Canada to do it for you, and they'll have to pay a $5 fee, or you can order them yourself, via an online service, I heard about fees between $20-50. Don't have the links, but you can just google "GCMS", I guess. The notes will be ready after 30 days.

Thanks a lot guys for the response. while I posted the question on how to order GCMS notes, I searched and found some of the links. Sharing it here in case anyone else needs it:

Hi All,

Please find below the timelines for my application:

Category: FSW outland
AOR: November 8, 2015
Medical Passed: November 9, 2015
One Ghost Mail: November 15, 2015

Review of submitted documents:No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed: Not Started
Final decision: Not Started

No update for me since the ghost mail on November 15, 2015. Please let me know how to order GCMS notes. I don't stay in Canada and as far as I understood, GCMS notes can only be ordered by someone staying in Canada only. Please correct my understanding if its wrong and suggest me a way to order GCMS notes.

Thanks in Advance

I think most of the international applicants order from this... I am not sure.

Hope this helps

Check the upload placeholder page:
MyCIC >> Permanent Residence >> View submitted application >> Continue >> Documents submitted by the client page -- here you should get the option to upload, try to fine out any option to upload there

Thanks for the correction! I know about the privacy act (free) and the access to information act (5$), are you talking about those?
I thought you can only go with the privacy act when you're requesting information about yourself, and that means, you have to be in Canada to do that? And therefore, a potential friend you might ask to order the GCMS notes will have to use the AIA, and pay 5$.

Thank you Yahoo_India for very useful info .. !!!

My application is in BG Check in progress status for almost 8 weeks now .. It went to BG Check very fast after AOR. But, there after, no progress at all. Don't know what to do :-[

I am thinking you'll stay in BG check for the most part of the process, and then have your medicals passed close to the end of it. Don't worry, you can see cases like yours if you look through the spreadsheets.
