Congratulations!!! This is great to know that some of us have started receiving the PPR. I'm also PNP (NB) FSW outland applicant and my timeline is almost the same as yours, but I haven't heard anything after I got the request to upload Schedule 4/ 4A on the 4th Nov.

The letter was from the regular e-mail from the embassy. My CIC account have not been updated yet.

Any idea when did your application transfer to the local visa office from Ottawa? Sorry about so many questions

I don't think anybody knows when cic transfers our file to VO, but what I know is at initial stage some applications are transferred to local processing visa office for onward PR processes while some got transferred after approval from cic and some processed to PPR stage at Ottawa. In any case, once transfer is done , the LVO issues ppr direct except those ones they ultimately process at submission date which also being approved within weeks bcos the have no log of apps working on via EE.

This is just my observation. I hope this helps.
