My Category is FSW outland & NOC 0621

Hi friends
M trying to open my account on job
But it's asking for express entry profile number and job seeker validation code
When m trying to input my numbers it's showing that it's invalid number
But my account is still active


My file is under process
Medical is passed
N background check is under progress

Bit worried why it's happening like this

So is that normal or something is wrong with profile Bcz without the express entry number m not able to access dashboard on job bank

Please advise

It might be because of our nominations
It's written on CIC site that if you have valid job offer or pnp nominations than you don't need job bank registration

So I guess our account has been froze but then
But anyways m gonna call CIC after Christmas just to make sure about it

I am PNP outland applicant. This is my second application, the first one was FSW 2014 in October last year. My application was returned and rejected due to the cap for my NOC being filled up.
