Hi.. I had ordered Gcms notes through a friend in Canada .. applied on 3rd May and received the notes on 3rd June.

Yes, They no longer provide application updates over phone call. You need to select general enquiries line (i think option was 1 and then 0). General enquiries will simply ask you to send e-mail but keep pushing them and try to get more info.
