If I may ask- did you not have to request VO change from Ottawa to LVO to submit your passport? where does PPR letter ask to submit Passport?

I had sent my passports to CPC-Ottawa (FSW-outland). I am in USA. Normally how long they take to approve the application after receiving the passports? also, after many days from approval do they ship out the passports? Finally, is there a tracker for this?

did she? that's odd - normally they never give you a timeframe; means there must be some movement on the backlog that CIC's been working on. keepng fingers crossed.
