Got PPR at 4:18am PST this morning!!

Inland FSW, no LMIA no PNP, with spouse and children.

After going through the latest post it seems that 4:18am is the magic time ;D

Thanks everyone
Guys who already sent passports - i have a question about photos you have to attach.
What should be written on the back side of the photo?
On back side of our photoes there is a date and address where the pictures were taken.
but there are also couple lines about the name of the person who is on the picture and signature of someone who witness that this is the same person.
So we recieved our pictures with this lines blank.
How you deal with this?

You need to add the name and the DOB on the back of one of the 2 photos. no signature needed.

It's only in case if it doesn't get processed by then somehow. It's not an expected date. My application is in Ontario.

My guess is that those who are still waiting have some sort of Government or Military experience in Personal History.

Congrats everyone who received PPR in this 3 days. This is definitely a phenomenal week giving hope to everyone on the wait list 8)

I'm trying to understand the pattern and I just can't.

I think it has to do with primary screening - if anything took longer than expected, you get dropped to further in the waiting line.

If your application gets transferred to your local VO, processing will depend exclusivelly from your VO...

Mainly, many of the applicants that got ppr this week are from Ottawa or NDVO... so the pattern is: How clear your application is Vs effectiveness of the VO where your application is.

Thats my opinion...

Received the PPR email this morning. Thanks a lot to everyone on this super helpful forum!

Just mailed my passport to Ottawa, hope Ottawa can return back my passport and COPR within 2 weeks. I've already started a new job but unfortunately due to PR issue, I can't get paid yet!

I have military experience but CEC applicant .. got my PPR a few days ago

hmm thanks, I guess this gives some hope to people like me then.

I had few years govt experience and was thinking may be that is why my BG check is taking longer.
