I received a message a few minutes ago asking for RPRF payment.

After I paid and uploaded the receipt, the "Review of documents" changed from "No additional documents are needed at this time" to "Provided".

Next step, PPR?

:)

Hi guys,

I received a refund from CIC on july 14th (150$). I paid all my fees at the start.

My AOR is March 6th 2016. Asked me additionnal documents in April (my original Celpip) and in May 17th (original Background check of my wife from Macau). My medicals were passed in april already. Document "provided" and the rest stuck on "Not needed at this time"

My CRS was 783
CEC inland (Alberta)

Any Inland applicant here(FSW or CEC) has had their files transferred to NDVO?

This happens only to few.

Have you paid more than 1040CAD?

Weirdly, this is the amount i paid for my daughter (canadian citizen) i had to attach to my application

Ah. Since she is already a citizen she would not need to be processed and hence the fees is refunded!

Hi,
Same question again please,

CIC requires me to provide Schedule A again, i have submitted it with following mistake in filling address history, pls see whether it can cause any failure

a. i've lived in a city abc (my most resent place), still it is my current address
b. in previous Schedule A form which i submitted at the time of PNP, the address was different (same city, but difference is building name, flat No.)

in other words, this time i tried to keep Schedule-A as as same as the details in e-APR (becaz, in e-APR also i didn't mention previous address)

actually, i was living in building-A at the time of PNP application, while submitting e-APR i had moved to building-B, and i used the latest address (didn't mention Building-A).

now, when i recently got request of schedule-A, i followed what i mentioned in e-APR. Also, i mentioned below note at the next page (after the last page of schedule A form). Do you think i should CSE, if yes, what reason may i mention over it?

"Please Note: In Previous Schedule A Background form, My UAE (Ajman) address is different than what mentioned in this form. Actually initially i lived at a bed space in Ajman and i might have used that address.
Kindly consider the address which is mentioned in this form as final, i have been living in Ajman at this address for long as permanent address in UAE with my family"

should i breakup my stay in this city in 2 address, mentioning both addresses and then CSE to CIC?

Pls advise.

Thank you Dev for keeping track of all our applications.
Big salute to you

Hi all,

I checked in my CIC account just now, found out an update that my BC is in progress.

My AOR is March 23,2016. CEC Inland, 4 months since AOR

Thanks :) Big Contribution from M.Mostafa to maintain March AOR sheet.

Is it also possible to mark the people who went "In progress" in a different colour so that we can visually distinguish the files we think are being worked on now?

My AOR is March 25th, just 2 days after. Hope get BG inprogress soon causes lot of anxiety :(

Now most of us have crossed the 4 month period since AOR, myself over four and a half.
The question is - does cic take 6 months to reject an application too? Or are rejections sent out earlier?
I'm sure both the cases happen, but what is the proportion? Once you are beyond thr 4-5 month priod what are the chances of rejection? Since, I guess most of the reviews happen much earlier, and it's only the security and bg check that's remaning towards the end.
