And anyone know how do they check employment? Do they call or check via government resourses? Funds I also cannot understand, I provided bank documents but according them I put these money on myself for a period half a year, its not safe to keep money in bank in my country + I did not get salary in bank.

In my case (CEC Inland) they checked the company i'm working for on the web and that was it. May be some officer will call my employer later, I don't know.
For the funds, I met the requirements for FWS (even if I don't need to) just providing canadian bank statements. But it is a canadian bank...

yes your situation is a bit defferent, I'm outland and worry a lot about employment and funds, here is very difficult situation caus the place where I have worked now is at the occupied territory.

because this the final check, if everything is ok while this check, your application will be shortlisted for upcoming ppr batches, but if they find something wrong they will reject it right away, background check can last from few days to few weeks depending on particular application.

Hi guys,

I received a refund from CIC on july 14th (150$). I paid all my fees at the start.

My AOR is March 6th 2016. Asked me additionnal documents in April (my original Celpip) and in May 17th (original Background check of my wife from Macau). My medicals were passed in april already. Document "provided" and the rest stuck on "Not needed at this time"

My CRS was 783
